Privacy and respectful information handling

Our approach

Siddhi Seva Foundation aims to collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, administer approved activities and meet legal or governance responsibilities.

Website enquiries

The contact form sends enquiries to the foundation’s designated mailbox and retains a protected copy in the content management system for follow-up. Submitted details are accessible only to authorised administrators and are used to respond to the enquiry.

Photographs and stories

Photographs and stories are published only after the foundation confirms publication authority, safeguarding considerations and an accessible description.

Donations

Online payment processing is not enabled in this release. A separate privacy and payment disclosure will be approved before donation functionality is activated.
